I’m a artist based in Durham, North Carolina. As a child, I received a set of art books and supplies that completely captivated me—and I haven’t stopped creating since. That early spark led me to attend an arts-focused high school, where I studied visual art every day for four years.
Later, I earned a degree in Graphic Design from NCSU, which sharpened my eye for composition and color, though I never lost sight of my dream to one day have my own art studio.
Much of my inspiration comes from time spent in nature—whether I’m hiking through desert canyons or sitting on the shoreline watching waves roll in. I often take photos during my travels, using them as starting points for new work that captures a moment, mood, or memory.
Through my paintings, I hope to spark a sense of nostalgia or adventure in others—to remind someone of a place they’ve been, or inspire them to seek something new. My goal is to create work that feels both personal and universal, rooted in real experiences but open to each viewer’s own interpretation.
